How to Craft Strategic Proposals (with Becca Tatum)
- 9 – 10:30 am
Ensure that your funding goals complement foundation, corporate and government funder priorities. Identify how your work supports community need, and craft a strong, clear ‘ask’.
Build a Strong Needs-Based Proposal (with Paul Adams)
- 10:30 am – noon
Learn the core fundamentals to paint the financial picture of your need. This session covers how to deal with multiple revenue streams and create funder-friendly budgets, narratives, and reports.
Noon-12:45 pm Lunch break
Tracking Income and Expenses (with Paul Adams)
- 12:45 – 1:15 pm
Learn how to effectively and easily track and report a funder’s investment in your organization throughout the grant life cycle.
Improve Efficiency to Generate More Grant Proposals (with Teresa Hogue)
- 1:15 – 1:45 pm
Building a library of resources required for grant proposals will save time and ensure you have all the information required by most funders at your fingertips!
